Once a pattern or digital product is purchased and downloaded, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded. I encourage you to thoroughly review all the product details and information carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you are buying. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

However, if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact me within 24 hours, and I will gladly refund the second purchase.
